Yesterday, the official of the League of Legends Fnatic team suddenly released an obituary saying that Shushei, the former professional player of League of Legends and the champion of the S1 World Finals, died of cancer at the age of 36.

The Fnatic team said in the obituary: "Yesterday, we lost a legend in Shushei. Shushei was a member of the outstanding Fnatic team, which won the first League of Legends World Championship in 2011, and since then, Fnatic LoL has become a fanatical road and attracted many fans. We are with his friends and family."

And last night, the official "League of Legends" also posted on Twitter to commemorate this legendary player:

We learned with heavy hearts that the Polish League of Legends legend Maciej "Shushei" Ratuszniak has passed away. Shushei won the world championship at the first League of Legends Championship in 2011 and was named MVP. His achievements inspired the entire community and will always be part of the history of the Polish LOL community. We share the grief of Maciek's family and loved ones. Thank you for everything you have done, Shushei.

Shushei's contribution far exceeds his performance on the field. He reshaped the gaming ecosystem through tactical innovation and promoted the professionalization of e-sports as a pioneer. As Fnatic's obituary said: "The fire he ignited has been forever burning in the hearts of millions of players." His legacy covers three dimensions: tactical system, cultural symbols and professional spirit, becoming an indelible milestone in the history of e-sports.
