On June 19, the second round of the 2025 Club World Cup Group B group stage was held at the CenturyLink Arena in Seattle, the United States. The new Champions League champion Paris Saint-Germain lost 0-1 to the new South American Libertadores Cup champion Botafogo, ending their 6-game winning streak in the finals and dropping to second place in the Club World Cup group stage standings.
