Super Micro Computer submitted its fiscal 2024 performance report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. In addition, the company also submitted quarterly earnings reports ending September 30 and December 31.
The company's stock price closed at $45.54 on Tuesday and rose to $56.45 in after-hours trading.
